Refund Policy

At DABYT, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 50% refund of the product price.

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product and provide clear photos showing the issue.

Important:
- Refunds are only available for damaged or defective products.
- Watches cannot be returned for a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
